Our newer Comfi Cottage is a 3 bedroom home with 2 full baths behind our 710 Birch cottage. It is adjacent to a city park with a nice playground and tennis courts. A short walk east will take you to historic downtown Flagstaff with shopping, restaurants and nightlife. A block west is hiking and biking in the Coconino National Forest; the location is ideal!

Unit 710-b: The upstairs unit has two bedrooms, one bath,and a full kitchen with views of the San Francisco Peaks from the living room windows. There is central heat and air conditioning. There is a television with a DVD for your enjoyment.Free wireless internet is included. A gas rock fireplace and hardwood floors add to the ambiance in this new and fully furnished mountain retreat.

Unit 710-c: Downstairs is a large one-bedroom one-bath suite with its own full kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room. There is a gas fireplace in the bedroom. The suite has a window air conditioner and central heat.

This home may be rented as one unit with all three bedrooms. But if you don't need quite that much space we also rent the upstairs and downstairs separately.

Coffees, teas and a snack basket is available for you to enjoy at your leisure. There is a small fenced yard with lawn furniture and a gas grill for your enjoyment.
